I always sell some into runs. No biggie.

That's how I trade:

If I love something, I scale-in, even as it goes down a bit.

No matter how much I love something, I scale-out, even if everyone tells me it's going a million times higher. If it does, that's awesome for everyone.

I don't promote, and I don't post much on boards where I'm long - I don't want anyone following me into trades, cuz anything can happen.

But when you're gifted $$, I always suggest transferring some into your account before it disappears.

But everyone should trade how they see fit.

I'm not bashing, I was just making one simple comment. If you take offense to my post, please point me to the offensive part.
