Equity is an impaired class as per the amended POR from Dec. 2019 and will not receive any distributions. EP plans to cancel all existing shares as it will likely be taken private once it emerges from bankruptcy. The secured and senior secured holders determine what the final outcome will be and when stock will be cancelled.
