Unfortunately, this seems to be the case. The stock suffers from rampant manipulation. They pumped it in order to dilute the hell out of it at higher prices for a few days. They were even diluting on the way up as was clearly seen by anyone with L2. Otherwise it would have gone to .30.

Who knows where this goes now. But it won’t see the recent highs again without SUBSTANTIVE news. With no news it will likely drift lower from here.
