The Nevada Secretary of State posted the Merger Filings, if anyone is to blame it is them for not having better protocols to verify authenticity of filings... I research day in and day out to find these mergers... Of course I am the easy one to blame, but as anyone who has been on this stock board for the last 3 days... no one questioned the authenticity of the documents... The Company had to know of this on Friday when it happened, why they waited till end of day to PR and File 8k is a question for them... This is the effn swamp, sometimes you step in poop...
