It’s pretty typical with all these penny stocks.
What credibility?
A couple years ago he parades around trying to sell a cluster of his MJ companies for $70 million.
Doesn’t appear it ever happened. So here he is now trying to unload another bunch of god knows what into a bunch of gullible shareholders who believe he will make them all overnight multimillionaires as soon as he puts his supposed BILLION$$$ hedge fund holdings in.

Sorry but nothing about this guy seems credible to me.
His history shows the same scenario you see with grifters.
Hopping from one failed scheme to the next.

He talks the talk that’s for sure!
