Pursuant to Local Rule of Bankruptcy Practice and Procedure 9010-2(b)(ii) Stevens & Lee, P.C. (“S&L”) withdraws its appearance for the Ad Hoc Committee of Preferred Equity Security Holders of Rait Financial Trust (the “Committee”), representing to the Court that the Committee (i) has no controversy presently pending before the Court and (ii) having retained S&L for a limited engagement which is now complete, consents to S&L’s withdrawal.
