there was 8k filed. I emailed about a PR> Def think they PR larger deals and still hoping we get one on expansion. Effective yield on that deal 18%. Cost of capital 4.62 %. I think they will get yields 12-18% on 4.62% cost oof capital. When they deploy the 15.5m , FFO will have grown at least 300% at those yields to 1.50 plus . Average REIT multiple 20. IIPR way higher. Some will be food deals and some weed as PR stated but high yields. THen they can do it all over again. This stock should be 20-30+ once they deploy imo. I would expect deployment this month just imo as they have had money since early Dec and deals take a bit to get done with all paperwork .
