Good morning RaTrade,
The TA resignation is filled with Nevada SOS at the link provided in the other post.
So, The TA doesn’t work for ELTZ past 4/22/19. Anyone claiming to get information from them after that date will need to provide a written statement otherwise it’s just just manipulation, IMO.

There is no registered agent to verify the share count. “

I’ve given my opinions on the share structure and provided SEC filing references to back it up. That’s all I can do to help the board.

IHub is about sharing DD. That’s all I wanted to do, share. It’s nice to give back because their have been so many throughout the years that saved me countless hours of DD.
