but that doesn't change them wanting the notes as low as they can get them.

So, what would cause the share price to fall to the the last conversion price of the notes if it's just in the AS

Keep an eye on the next Q, Otc cert, float & Os b/c they are hiding what is in the float w/ the dirty Oct filing rule change of two years ago.

It's a biotec play & the one thing we can't do is be over confident in a Phase anything b/c it's the failures that will get ya.
