Some Lumber yard in Tecumseh, might try to find a field is near to town with easy hook up to the water and electric. Buy an option to purchase, get some preliminary sense of City management approval for their plan. Once niocorp financing happens, buy the field, subdivide it into plots, with some for multifamily apartments, some single family, and and offer it to a real estate development company below lot value on the condition that all construction materials be purchased through that lumber yard.

If someone doesn't do this there will be a lot of people living in trailers or commuting from Omaha! (Maybe Niocorp already has a plan for this?)
