Alongside Marty Wittstrom of the Canadian Global Exploration Forum; Petrosantander's Troy Finey; and Adolpho Souza, from Schlumberger Colombia; Karine Fragoso mediated, at the Onshore Forum, the panel "International Exchanges: Regulation on Onshore Exploration and Production".
