The very high cost to air ship should be a very big concern, since I just shipped a item from Vietnam my self that was more than a ton in total weight in the last few week, by air I can tell you the going rate per pound is $12,98 per pound which equals $25,960.00 + duties and taxes which can add alot and that shipping cost and that only gets the shippment to a us port not to where or whoever will be processing our silk thread and since the consensus on the board is we will sell out silk from anywhere from $50.00 kilo to $300.00 per kilo on the high side so if we sell at the low end $50.00/kilo that is a sell of $45,359,25 FOR THAT TON OF SILK SO SPENDING $25,960.00 TO SHIP A $45,359,25 SELL ABLE ITEM IS YES A FACTOR when that same item in a shipping container would cost $4,500.00 to ship, of course much better ratio if we do sell on the high side for $300,00/kilo but none the less a very big concern indeed
