Because the shareholders have no faith in the CEO, as he has a strong hold over everyone’s money with no available escape,, forcing reverse splits, not paying the bills, taking more and more money from money bag insider, still not paying bills... the only thing they are good at is issuing more preferred shares and getting billions of more shares every RS, getting the absolute majority... MM keeping at 0.0001... so when the end game occurs, they will have it all, the shareholder interest will be pennies.... then it will run like it should now.
