I've had some exchanges with the "boss" .

From Dec. 17th :

"We will file our 2019 audit and be fully current in the coming 45-90 days and then the stop sign can be lifted. Also the name change and ticker symbol can also take place. It’s a process, thank you for bearing with us as we go through the this lengthy, arduous and very costly compliance process."
