i'm no business man, but common sense to me says that DPPWs engagement of a marketing firm is to positively market their new products, stores, business plan etc... maybe DPWW already has the resources to acquire or have already acquired additional stores so now it's time to market them?... again not a business man but makes sense to me to have something to market first before you market it... so only time will tell
