Yes, that's the way it seems.

I have read through the document you posted at least a few times and a couple of others that explain how this all works. Pretty interesting if you ask me.

I have to once again thank Uncle Ernie on this board for teaching me how this stock works. It was not that easy to find info about this stock and it was a little dizzying trying to wrap my head around it.
