Hetfield, GE11, Antler, all

Posting this for others who did not have time to read, or had problems viewing, Scott Honan's comments in the Tecumseh Chieftain article Hetfield kindly posted. Most of this has already been discussed separately, but its a good update for new or interested shareholders.

Excepts

"According to Scott Honan...The Special Use Permit is the key local permit needed in advance of a construction start..."

(Have the Johnson county special use permit, NOT FLUFF)

"As previously announced, Honan said, all of the major federal permits are in ihand at this point. That is a major achievement for a project of this size and scope."

(NioCorp has obtained the required Federal Permits.)

"There are a number of state permits that will be needed at various point during project construction, but the key Nebraska permit needed in advance of a construction start is the air construction permit. We tend to prioritize the permitting work based on available funds and two factors (1) Duration of time it will take to get the permit, which is typically longest for federal permits, and (2) the point in the project schedule when the permit is needed."

"The construction air permit may be issued as a draft for public comment in late January or early Feburary. That date is contingent on the completion of the state's permit drafting and internal review processes."

(Air construction permit available for public input late January or February. From other posts we know that a varience can be requested and construction work can start before final A.C.P. approval.)

"Currently, NioCorp Developments, Ltd, is also very focused on getting financing for the project lined up."

(Big financing--Does not say "obtaining financing" but getting it "lined up." I am not certain how much one can rely on a minor distinction made in an article filtered through a newspaper reporter/editor.

I think it means more in context of of M.Smith's previously reported statement (NPR Reporter) that financing was agreed to 2 years ago and just needed to be finalized, in naming of major contractors, and of GE11s reports that local sub-contractor bids for electrical work have been solicited by Cementation. In addition, NiCorp has not done any further share/warrents deals for short term financing.)

As Always everyone should do their own D.D. and evaluate a purchase according to their own financial situation.
