Since the trade was at 5:29 pm, my thinking was either MM's are shuffling shares or this wasn't a real trade

I've heard of fluke trades in otcbb land. Not putting down the poster and glad to know such things can happen in FAVOR of the trader

Hoping that .215 trade is an indicator of things to come!
