What would the NOLs be useful to for a company that might not be able to utilize it?

All assume that is how the US does business... but this is not a US based company. They are big enough and have their own tax strategies... Yet, this seems to be the argument here as to why the debts were not bought... to include the stock lol

That is why all are stuck on stupid because you need to think outside the box... they don't NEED the NOLS!
