With your logic every company can go under.
When it comes to LBSR you have for over 10 years stating the company is doom and here we are still here. Can it go under, sure it is a sub penny stock, most do go under, however for some reason this one is still here after all these years. So who knows not you or me. If you want to gamble by some shares and see what happens.
