Fact 1. Ms Mars missed revenue projection in October, she threw in an extra 800k in revenue that was never mentioned in any previous month's PR. Why? She thought she could pull one over on the market, it failed. THAT IS A FACT.

Fact 2. Stock is down 30% since doubling of revenue. THAT IS A FACT.

Fact 3. Ms Mars is shelling out six million shares a month to promote the stock. This strategy has failed. THAT IS A FACT.

Fact 4. Outstanding shares increased by 110 million shares in 2018, only 11 million shares in 2019. THAT IS A FACT.
