Isn't that great that he took stock for services rendered last month! ... and maybe, just maybe it's him with a jumpstart buying back some stock at the beginning of the year. Who's gonna complain about that :) Insider buys, no matter how they look always have a positive effect on the stock price sooner or later. It just shows there is some serious planning in the works to pull it off.
