I find it odd that Annihilare even has the rights to compete after the purchase of Annihilzer by PCTL.
Most contacts have a no completion clause.
Reading the Annihilare launch they claim to have patents as well and use NFC (RFID) with an App!
They also write (From the inventor of Annihilzer come... Annihilare)

Looking through their website www.annihilare.com has two models and one looks identical to PCTL’s Annihilzer.

Something seems odd, we dont have all the information or it seems PCTL got screwed by fine print and now has competition.
Maybe PCTL owns both and this is a rebranding.
