Well don't I feel like a fool.... I bought into the compelling arguments to sell before the big year end tax loss dump and liquidated 95% of my position late Nov for 42 cents. Now I am sitting on just over a $166K loss. Wash sale rule no longer applies and I am terrified to buy back in because the imminent RS and dilution being telegraphed. Its going to take me 55 years to write off this loss. Bah-Ummmbug! I should have known this stock was a Scam and a Fraud!
