SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES AND GREETINGS FOR A NEW YEAR!

Well Hello everyone!!!!

We had a lot of details and negations in 2019! but finally, some are done and can be disclosed as well as developed for the future benefit of our company!

We are a beneficiary of a very well negotiated and developed contract that will allow us to expand and optimize our original goal for MJVC concept of distributing, selling and investing in MJ related ventures and projects.

Now, most will know that these are highly regulated and managed genres that are scrutinized and regulated by Federal, State and other regulatory agencies. So that it makes these developments even more important and valued.

We just returned from all the negotiations, that even overlapped the holidays, however, we are there and ready to implement these deals. We will post more detailed releases and PR's , but these updates are intended to keep our shareholders closer to the disclosures of our last developments, since its hard to predict sometimes as to how long it may take to get deals done.
