$LAHO Need clarity of terms, conditions and timelines.

Question's remain..(A) when will common holders receive shares in their account post conversion (B) How many shares-total value after conversion (C) What happened to Diluted money? (D) What happend to Audit?..(D) Trevor Allen was not CEO why is he deciding when to release shares? etc...

From past SEC has investigated companies for much much lesser amounts. BOD's must make amends IMO and probably realize it or MSSV will not move up.
