The court said the contracts have value to shareholders and stakeholders, and did not judge the actual value of the contracts to anyone else. He said that because, obviously, the shareholders/their lawyer obviously held the contracts in great esteem. But, he also went on to say (which, I expect has been read by very few):
I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
