unless the common shareholders are offered the same price. Offor could probably get away with selling a big block at 50 cents, but no way at $2 or more.
The only way it could happen would be a public offer at $2. When the volume at $2 dries up and buying any more would push the price higher Offor could sell at $2... as many as he wants.
That's why I'm suspect of this latest rumor. Under these circumstance the buyer would have know way of knowing how many retail shareholders would jump at $2, therefore know way of knowing how many of SEO's controlling shares they could get.
Any deal, as described by the latest rumor, just isn't legally possible.
ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
