I don't think obtaining the signatures is the "real" issue.

They can get the required amount of sigs from registered voters, but FL legislation has thrown in some speed bumps / road blocks on how signatures get obtained, and unrealistic deadlines based on the states slow legislative process.

The lawsuit is key to gaining some leeway.

FL courts have been friendly to pro-legislation, so I'm hopeful.

Any positive news / updates will surely act as a positive catalyst for all FL operators.

Expecting an update within 15-30 days.
