The reality is, their filings are up to date and all information and notifications are posted for the world to see.
It's shareholders responsibility to read and understand them if they are going to buy stock.
My secret for stopping my losses in OTC trades was, try to find out as much as possible that is bad about a company and not look for what reinforces my dreams of these POS companies doing what I'm hoping for.
