People here think they know Shannon and her intentions. But I got news for you, it's not just her anymore. This is effectively a reverse merger and there are new players involved at the top that have agendas that might not be in perfect correlation with Shannon's. We don't know these people and we don't know that their logic for accomplishing their goals is going to be the same as ours. They could already be working on other acquisitions together or they could be trying to figure out the benefits of doing a RS sooner rather than later. Frankly, we just don't know. I felt that before the acquisition PACV was pretty much a sure thing as far as the acquisition happening and a subsequent pop, but it's an entirely different ball game now and the risks need to be recalculated anew.
