Less costly and more profitable...

Another thought is this... If the drilling work is contracted out, there might NOT be an increase in the drilling since it could be split between finding and not finding a hit.

If they hit it the first time, they get paid in percentage of find... and if they contract for drilling without split... then yes there could be a slight offset in A/S to pay for it, but all the profits from the drilling will be DMANs... correct?
