varok: clint said the A/S would not be raised and now we have 10,000,000 preferred shares that weren't there last month? What is the conversion ratio of the preferred 10:1, 50:1, 100:1, 200:1? If it's 100:1 that is another 1,000,000,000 shares, next time you talk with clint ask him what the conversion ratio is? Then we'll see how much more the A/S has been increased. JMHO
