I'm looking forward to January. The noise machine here is entertaining, especially during end-of-year stasis.

It's been interesting to hear everyone's certitude that management wants to dilute all of their own shares into worthlessness since they and their families own a massive portion of the outstanding share count.

It's been interesting to hear the word 'dilution' bandied about when management collectively pays for 16 million shares out-of-pocket at .0062, a price more than 300% greater than where the stock was trading at a year ago. I guess they're just doubly stupid with their own money.

It's been interesting to see share issuance noise when the only non-restricted shares issued this year were to purchase a boat which directly facilitates ongoing company business.

None of these things are the most interesting part of December, however. The most interesting part has been watching the 22-day-wide cup that formed being followed by a 34-day wide handle, as a golden cross forms on the daily chart with the pps exclusively within the top half of the cup's trading range during every day of December and also comfortably above the daily ichimoku cloud the entire time.

It's been most interesting to watch the weekly 200/50 cross occur without a massive selloff, allowing a golden cross on the weekly to form the moment we have any uptick in buying whatsoever.

It's been most interesting to watch the triple bottom form in the weekly chart these past three weeks, with a trading range of .0075-.008 maintained nearly without exception (only very minor opening bell-type trades for a miniscule number of shares breaking this trend) and bollinger band tightening.

It's been most interesting that all of this has followed the largest single purchase (in dollars) in the company's history- $100,000 worth purchased at .008. Because price never follows volume, and there's nothing significant about that massive buy coming in above the trading range since. Nope, nothing to see there.

It fascinates me that no one else here finds interest in the same things I do. Oh well, maybe I'm just the idiot. I guess we'll have to see.

Happy New Year, folks. Stay safe out there.
