Form 15 does not prove anything other than they filed a "form" with sec. Lets not make up stories about how they are working with the sec as you have claimed on multiple occasions in the past. Where is the proof?

ARYC has not been sec complaint for years. They are the antitheses of what it means to be transparent. The main purpose of the sec is to protect investors.
