Say you shorted at .0002 with intentions to cover at .0001 for a potential 50% profit. You would have to place $2.50 per share collateral. Every 1m shares you will have to place 2.5 million dollars in MANDATORY collateral for a potential $100 profit. Thats IF you can cover at .0001 WHO IN THE RIGHT MIND WOULD EVER DO THAT? Answer is no one.
