The source was an attendee at the annual meeting who is on the very short list of people who I feel are capable of providing an unbiased report of things that actually happened.

But your "myth" reference wasn't lost on me. I'm still waiting for your response to my request from Saturday:

There's nothing whatsoever in any public statement made by the Company to support this myth:
"Leo renewed the lease under the premise a deal was about to be finalized and IPIX could save millions by doing some of their own lab work."
"The prospective partner underwent a CHOW (Change of Ownership) and the new leaderhsip decided to focus on their current portfolio rather than add to it."

If the Company did make such a statement I'm sure you'll quote it.
