The 'stimulus' they've added this year has a 50/50 shot at pushing equities higher(pump) while more smart money/insiders liquidate(dump). Smart money has already begun positioning in gold.(current rally)

Equities could push up around 5%,(30k dow) but in that time $gold will be pushing towards all time highs.
(Its not worth the risk to jump into equities compared to gold based assets)

Volatility($UVXY) will increase dramatically SOON.
