The old 8-k said they would cooperate with legal authorities to get relisted. The expert market upgrade is a step in that direction

PHOT is an example of a SEC suspended stock getting back on the otc in 22 months

Other SEC suspended stocks like SOLI & ACCR have gotten off the greys to Pink listing.

Have no intention of buying more CYPE, even though its super cheap. I consider CYPE "found" money if anything happens. Already made a boat load back in 2018

About scams, a look into Disneys (a big board 135+ stock) accounting practices is more telling
