The kevetrin architect(Menon) was put out to pasture. The CMO(Bertolino) just resigned. It appears that the company currently has, at most, two employees. An accountant and a clinical scientist. The latter, I suspect, may now be a consultant to the company(him).

They, or "we" as described in pr's, appear to have become him, or "I", or quickly becoming a one man show.
