No, you don't. That's hogwash. No bids were received for the shares whatsoever, the only bids were for the assets of the company. Get off twitter and read through the 6th monitor's report that showed the bids that were received, it's in there.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
