Nice questions

But not the ones I ask.

I ask things like:

It's a pink. Where did it come from? Who are the principals? What have they done in the past? Is this real or is it just lipstick on a pig?

How is it being accepted by the stock market? Is it getting news or is it trading shares for articles? Are the hedgies leaving it alone? Will it be able to raise sufficient capital from stock sales to fund the massive infrastructure buildup it is going to need to stay in business? Or will it be driven into the ground by naked shorters and forced to try to compete for capital with a sub-penny share price.

Do the principals know about death spiral financing? Or will they dance merrily into a convertible hell on earth, all the time thinking they did a good thing?

Do the principals have the knowledge and experience to take this thing to the next and further levels?

Right now, there aren't many answers to these questions.

Except for maybe are the hedgies leaving it alone. The first three days it is on the market and for the next 15 days after there has been substantial failures to deliver as shown by it being on the SHO list since day one. That means the hedgies are definately not leaving it alone.

And the are they buying news question.

I like the idea and the story. Right now the risk is still too high for me. After it drops another dollar or so, while the hoopla investors all bail, I will probably take a long term position. Provided it drops off the SHO list. I wouldn't touch it with your 10 foot pole while it is on the list.
