The desperation here makes me Ill. Seamus has EVERYONE by the balls while he cashes his monthly check...meanwhile the real workers are concerned if they will be paid on an consistent basis so that they can provide for their family. Here comes more dilution via AS increase and confirmation of the RS.

Oh, I know..peeps will dream of the potential that the RS will be the lesser of the RS projected ratios..sadly, we know what's going to happen! :(
