and maybe you can show us where it says NEOM will bill the end user. The client who's campaign is being run choses what, if anything, to charge a participant based on the nature of the campaign. Any charge is also dependant on the participant's cell phone plan; which again has nothing to do with NEOM. See the distinction I am elaborating on from my prior post to make it more simple? I guess it wasn't clear enough before.
Perhaps you can enlighten us where NEOM said they bill end users.
