You could also turn that around - isn't it more surprising that after 4 years of not reporting financials along with an extremely strong residential housing market... that we are still seeing deals that appear to be going bad. If true, that's really surprising.

Also, this deal would be one that is one of the more recent deals done in the newest fund. I would not expect it to go bad.
