The lawsuit was against the debt ridden Delaware shell and 2 other defendants. There was no lien on any of the Canadian property in BioAmber Sarnia's name . And as plainly spelled out in that lawsuit the debt ridden Delaware shell did not put in one penny towards the settlement. But yeah the shares in your account have been expunged from trading .
