What would a r/s have to do with a buyout. A company buys another company for a dollar amount then divide by the number of shares is what the PPS is paid to shareholders. It is a set top line dollar figure what does the buying company care how many shares there are? More importantly what does any of this have to do with PMCB? a pretend biotech with a off patent treatment that nobody wanted to begin with.
