It feel like I'm in the Peanuts comic strip where Lucy is holding the football for Charlie Brown to kick. Every time Lucy promises she's not going to pull the football and every time Charlie Brown falls for it.

Its not just only going by past documents filed. It's that those past documents don't align with the claims made in past PRs.

Do most people know what is going on at the mine at this exact moment? Nope. So they most logical thing for people to base their decisions/opinions on are previous situations. (i.e. Past performance is the best indicator of future performance).

We may have to agree to disagree on this point, but in my view, you cannot disregard the past and only look at the future.
