Good morning SPRV! Name/ticker change will come first!

The obvious reality appears to have been overlooked!

SPRV applied to FINRA for a name and ticker change in the Fall of 2018. FINRA told CEO Lil Rod to "KISS OFF"! This is exactly why SPRV changed its Delaware Articles of Incorporation to show Web to Door as its name, but then re-changed the Articles of Incorporation to SPRV Holdings, Inc. in January 2019. The change to SPRV Holdings, rather than continuing with Web to Door, was an effort to keep the ticker symbol consistent with the Company's Delaware Corporation name!

Anyone wondering why FINRA turned down the name and ticker change application?

Let's go with the FACT that the Company has NOT publicly disclosed its financial condition, since June 30, 2016!
