$MILV I found more bread crumbs, a longer trail leading back to Inventor Michael W Fountain and the managing partner of CCA, LLC, James Hovis that is R/M with MILV.
Also found where Larry Kubin and James Hovis were both directors of an earlier firm, that seemed to be using an earlier patent of Michael Fountains.
Also found out Hovis sold an earlier drink line around 2007, called Aquiss. Then started the newer better one with an older 2010 patent with Michael Fountain, that predates the 2016 CCA patent for liposomes in drinks that have pharmaceutical properties.
20 years ago Hovis had a drink line sold and distributed by the Coke company. Alto Egg...bought the second drink line in about 2007 (IIRC what I read last night correctly).
